Service Description

The cannabis dispensary digital consulting and marketing plan focuses on analyzing and monitoring the inbound marketing funnel of both your dispensaries and local and online competition and making optimizations that enhance your inbound marketing funnel over that of the competition. Services include the following.

Search data analysis: Solid Stratagems uses data from search engines to identify and prioritize keywords and key phrases that drive relevant search traffic and website visitors who have the intent to buy. This process website keyword analysis, Google Trends data analysis, search engine synonym checks, identifying longtail keyphrases with Google Suggest and discovery with Google My Business.

Rank tracking: Solid Stratagems tracks organic search engine ranking data for high priority keyphrases and longtail keyphrases. Additionally, various key phrases are tracked for local search rankings.

Competitor analysis and monitoring: Solid Stratagems analyzes and monitors competing brands and websites. Key performance indicators that are monitored include competitor website domain authority, competitor website page volume, competitor website MozRank, and competitor .edu and .gov backlinks.

Site performance monitoring: Solid Stratagems monitors several aspects of website performance, including but not limited to website uptime, server response time, malware, page size, requested page size volume, page resource allocation and redirects.

Organic search optimization: Solid Stratagems gives guidance on and performs optimization to ensure client websites are following the guidance given by search engines and best practices. Optimizations and guidance include the keyword priority, placement, and ratio, the website structure, permalink structure, metadata optimization,  Google Search Console management, and providing optimization guidance for landing pages.

Local search optimization: For each dispensary, Solid Stratagems will assess the business address, phone number, URL, name, category and hours used for Google profiles and the profiles of review sites, search engines, direction apps, voice apps, information apps, and other directories. Solid Stratagems will manage and monitor the business information provided to Google My Business. Solid Stratagems will analyze the business and local profiles of competitors, as well as create and monitor profiles that will enhance the web presence and optimization efforts of dispensaries.

Conversion rate analysis: Solid Stratagems will analyze conversion rate best practices including click-through rate optimization, landing page analysis, and landing page engagement and bounce rate monitoring.

Reports and analytics: Solid Stratagems will build monthly reports that include key performance indicators such as keyword volumes and trends, competitor analysis, and customized analytics from Google tracking code.

Support: Solid Stratagems will provide email and phone support for consulting on segments of the inbound marketing funnel and search engine best practices.

Exclusivity: Solid Stratagems will not work with the dispensaries or other local businesses of other brands that compete with any client dispensaries.
